Seller's comments and description: for sale on one of the nicest and rarest t-bird convertibles around! Extensive restoration on a southern rust freecar. Body panels including the floor are original and never rusted! Bottom side of the car was left in factoryundercoated condition. The quality of the paint is outstanding!! The bumpers were rechromed and look fantastictoo!! New exhaust, brakes and front end. The engine and trans were said to be rebuilt also, the engine starts withno hesitation. Sounds great with no strange noises. The automatic transmission shifts as it should. It goes rightdown the road with no wandering, it. To sum it up so far, the mechanics and cosmetics are in fantastic shape. The car has power windows, power steering, power brakes, power seat and a power top that work great! The power topworks perfectly and is very easy to stow, somewhat like a retractable hard top works. It's the 352 cubic inch "interceptor" engine, factory chrome dress up kit and take a look at those wide whites onkelsey style wire wheels!! Well, the previous owner installed a modern sound system in the car, the unit is tuckedaway in the glove compartment. The speakers, however are mounted in the lower 1/4 of the door panels and kickpanels as pictured. It's not something i would have done but easily rectified.
